Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Product Growth Coordinator to support the Growth team across CRM, Quiz, and Landing Page workstreams. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad growth marketing experience in a fast-moving healthcare business.

You will contribute to customer lifecycle programs, quiz experiments, and landing page experiments, collaborating across design, product, and marketing teams. The role offers growth potential in a dynamic, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Early career marketer or growth generalist with 1–2+ years in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Comfortable switching context across CRM, quiz and landing page workstreams.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean source of truth across tools.
• Familiarity with CRM/design platforms like Customer.io and Figma is a plus but not required.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a high-ownership Growth role.

Responsibilities

• CRM (60%): support building and maintaining flows, campaigns, and segments; set up experiments; migrate emails from Figma into CIO.
• Quiz (30%): assist implementing changes to quizzes and migrating 35 quizzes to new infrastructure.
• Landing Pages (10%): provide ad hoc support, coordinate assets with design team.
