Eucalyptus is hiring a Product Growth Coordinator to support our Growth team across CRM, quiz, and landing page workstreams. This hands-on, cross-functional role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad growth marketing experience in digital healthcare.

You will work across CRM, quiz, and landing pages, collaborating with design and engineering teams to implement experiments and ensure a reliable data source.

Qualifications

• Early career marketer or growth generalist with 1–2+ years in a fast-paced digital/growth or CRM environment.
• Comfortable switching between CRM, quiz, and landing page work.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean source of truth across tools.

Responsibilities

• Support building and maintaining CRM flows, campaigns, and segments using CustomerIO.
• Assist implementing quiz changes and migrating quizzes to new infrastructure.
• Provide ad hoc support for landing page building and experiment setup.

About The Role

We're looking for a Product Growth Coordinator to support our Growth team across CRM, Quiz, and Landing Page workstreams. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone early in their career who wants to build broad growth marketing and lifecycle experience across a fast‑moving healthcare business.

What You'll Do

CRM (60%)

• Support building and maintaining CustomerIO flows, campaigns and segments, setting up experiments and rolling out new features like Help Centre, WhatsApp, and RAF (roughly 2-3 days of work per week)
• Own an organised source of truth for our always‑on flows, and lead the migration of all emails from Figma into CIO

Quiz (30%)

• Support implementing ad hoc changes to the quiz, including new flows
• Support the migration of 35 quizzes to new infrastructure by end of cycle (roughly 2-3 days of work per week for the cycle), unlocking future eng improvements and cross‑sell opportunities from removing duplicate questions and saving responses to profile

Landing Pages (10%)

• Ad hoc support on landing page building and experiment setup, coordinating new assets with the design team

About You

• Early career marketer or growth generalist, ideally with 1-2+ years experience in a fast‑paced digital, growth, or CRM environment
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and switching context between CRM, quiz, and landing page work
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to keep a clean source of truth across tools
• Familiarity with tools like Customer.io, Figma, or similar CRM/design platforms is a plus, but not required
• Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in a high‑ownership Growth role
