Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across multiple companies in the group. Based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, this full-time, office-based role demands ownership of digital, CRM, branding and offline marketing initiatives.

You will coordinate campaigns, build marketing systems, manage budgets and work with senior management to drive growth across diverse industries. Strong English communication and multi-brand management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally including a management role.
• Strong digital marketing and performance advertising experience.
• Experience building or managing CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of branding and brand positioning.
• Experience managing websites, SEO, social media and content.
• Experience coordinating print, signage and promotional materials.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple companies, brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working directly with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital & performance marketing campaigns across channels (Facebook/Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.).
• Lead CRM systems development, marketing funnels and automated campaigns.
• Build and protect brand images across multiple group companies; ensure consistent branding.
• Oversee print and offline marketing materials and vendor coordination.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets and weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, admissions, recruitment, operations and management teams.
