First Gen Corporation invites applications for a senior finance role focused on financial statement preparation and consolidation using SAP BPC. The candidate will guide intercompany eliminations, assess IFRS impacts, and ensure compliance across R2R processes.

The ideal professional holds CPA credentials with 3–5 years of related experience, and a degree in Accounting and Management. Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• CPA with 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial statements, analysis, taxation, auditing, and systems implementation.
• Experience in design, implementation, operations and performance monitoring of financial business processes.
• Graduate of Accounting and management from a reputable school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements using SAP BPC.
• Analyze and record intercompany balances, eliminations and adjustments for FS preparation and consolidation.
• Review and report subsidiaries’ financial performance for Board, Management and Regulators.
• Oversee conformance of other teams to financial recording and reporting standards, especially R2R.
• Understand IFRS, IAS and other standards and champion their compliant rollout.
• Design, develop and implement finance, accounting and tax systems, policies and procedures.
• Provide expertise and support to FPH projects and other business units.
