Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, automotive technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive retail management with at least 3 years in a multi-location leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, including sales processes, service operations, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across all outlets, achieving or exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Develop and oversee group-wide marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and support General Managers and Sales teams across the group.
• Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to enhance performance and morale.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction ratings across dealerships.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets and forecasts, and report to senior management.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers to optimize stock and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and group policies.
