Core responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand agency support through strategic counsel and insight


• Set and track revenue goals per account, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation


• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—briefing, creative development, production, and delivery—while maintaining high-quality standards


• Provide leadership to the account team, setting KPIs, offering feedback, and actively contributing to ideation and innovation

About you

• A T‑shaped thinker with deep client knowledge and broad awareness of creative, media, digital, and data disciplines


• Confident communicator and facilitator, comfortable leading client meetings and presenting creative strategies


• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional work


• Curious, proactive, and always on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape
