• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—briefing, creative development, production, and delivery.
• Provide leadership to the account team, set KPIs, give feedback, and drive ideation and innovation.

What your typical day will look like:

As the Group Account Director, you are the strategic lead and trusted advisor to our clients, responsible for driving account growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and leading a high-performing team. You play a pivotal role in translating client needs into meaningful campaigns while fostering collaboration across internal teams.

Core responsibilities include:

• Lead and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand agency support through strategic counsel and insight
• Set and track revenue goals per account, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution - briefing, creative development, production, and delivery - while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide leadership to the account team, setting KPIs, offering feedback, and actively contributing to ideation and innovation
