Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist suppliers and receive deliveries
• Check PO vs SI vs actual items (qty, barcode, packaging)
• Inspect items (no damage, not expired, shelf life 5 months+)
• Stamp and mark invoices properly
• Prepare Receiving Report (RR) and Stock Transfer Out (STO)
• Handle returns and bad orders
• Maintain cleanliness and records
