TTEC Customer Care Management Philippines Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite Santa Rosa team in Laguna. You will handle customer communications, research issues, and deliver solutions with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Open to Senior High School graduates or at least 2 years of college.
• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for SHS graduates of the old curriculum.
• Able to apply and explain product or service knowledge.
• Willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.
