TTEC Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Santa Rosa, Laguna. You will help customers, resolve issues with empathy, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers

• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum

• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge

• Computer experience

• Candidates should be willing to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
