Qualifications

• High school diploma or 2 years of college education required.
• 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates from the old curriculum.
• Ability to apply product/service knowledge and communicate effectively.
• Computer experience and proficiency with basic software.

• Answer incoming communications from customers

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.
• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
• Candidates should be willing to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
