Job summary

Indra Group is seeking a GRC Analyst in the Philippines to monitor governance, risk, and compliance across projects. You will prepare reports and dashboards for management oversight and aid in process improvements and standardization initiatives.

The role supports audits, awareness sessions, and training related to GRC practices, with candidates having 0–2 years of related experience and a degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in governance, project management, risk management, quality assurance, compliance, audit, or related functions.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities) and the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of project management, risk management, process improvement, or financial management concepts is an advantage.
• Exposure to standards and frameworks such as ITIL, PMBOK, ISO, Six-sigma or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report key governance, risk, compliance, and performance indicators across projects and services.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management oversight and decision-making.
• Support compliance reviews and monitor adherence to established processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Maintain governance documentation, templates, registers, and repositories.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect data and track risks, issues, actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in process improvement, governance, and standardization initiatives.
• Support audits, assessments, awareness sessions, and training activities related to GRC practices.
