Job summary

Recruitify_HR seeks an Information Security Analyst to safeguard systems, networks, and data. You will monitor security tools, investigate threats, and support governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.

You will coordinate audits, assist in BCP/DR exercises, and prepare reports for audit readiness and executive reporting. Hybrid work setup in Taguig City with a salary range of PHP 70,000–75,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering/science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years in Information Security, Risk, or Compliance functions.
• Familiarity with BCP/DR planning, testing, and integration into risk management and audit functions.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, SIEM, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools, with SOC/technical collaboration.
• Understanding of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS) and risk assessment methodologies.
• Awareness of cloud security principles, regulatory requirements, and AI in compliance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support Security Business Partners in governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability tracking, and remediation follow-ups.
• Coordinate internal and external security audits with evidence collection and reporting.
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining BCP and DR exercises.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams during incident response.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for audit readiness and executive reporting.
• Contribute to security awareness and compliance training across the enterprise.
• Align security processes with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and regulatory requirements.
