Qualifications

• PH Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication for drafting professional legal documents.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work in an Outsourcing Company and onsite, including graveyard shifts to align with US timezone.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and/or reviewing demand letters for cases across multiple US states.
• Analyze medical records, treatment summaries, police reports, and incident documentation to develop case narratives and damages.
• Assist with workload distribution among agents and support staff to balance caseloads.
• Contribute to creation, maintenance, and improvement of standard templates and knowledge databases.
• Assist in development and refinement of SOPs, templates, and workflow guides.
• Participate in quality control reviews and provide revisions per drafting standards and client expectations.
• Support training and professional development of staff and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare performance reports tracking productivity, case volumes, and quality metrics.
• Participate in special projects and other legal support initiatives as needed.
