About the role

ESSE VIDA is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and innovative designs that communicate our brand message effectively to our target audiences. You will be at the heart of our creative operations, translating strategic concepts into engaging visual content that drives our business objectives and enhances our market presence.

Key responsibilities

1. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations and design layouts for various media channels including digital, print and social platforms

2. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design materials and communications

3. Collaborate with marketing, product and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic goals

4. Produce high-quality design assets including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, website graphics and advertising content

5. Conceptualise and present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and team members

6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines and quality standards

7. Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices within the graphic design industry

8. Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction

9. Prepare design files for production and ensure proper formatting for different output requirements

What we're looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creative problem-solving abilities

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools

3. Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography and layout composition

4. Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives

5. Experience in digital design, web design, UI/UX design or motion graphics is highly desirable

6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also managing independent projects

7. Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs

9. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively

10. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to feedback and evolving project requirements

11. Certification or formal training in graphic design, visual communication or a related field is advantageous
