Job summary

A leading design consultancy based in Pasig is looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer with over 7 years of experience. The role demands proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong ability to produce high-quality graphics from concept to final product. The position also requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the capability to work within a fast-paced financial environment. The work arrangement is hybrid, necessitating onsite presence at least once a week. A fixed-term contract of 12 months is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Educational background and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or any design-related course.
• At least five (7) years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Extensive experience in producing graphics from conceptualization and planning to editing and final assembly
• Proficient in using creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
• Experience working with technology-oriented briefs is a major advantage

Graphic Design Services:

• Translate client inputs into visually impactful communications deliverables.
• Conceptualize, develop, and refine graphics for change and outreach initiatives of the department.
• Develop visual branding and templates for IT projects.
• Manage the end-to-end production of graphics, activities for which include but are not limited to:

1. outlining and proposing the tasks and activities required to create each product; creating the production plan; overseeing its timeline;
2. assisting with the development of the wireframe, thumbnails;
3. producing, editing, and assembling the final output, ensuring the product’s alignment with the brief and monitoring its technical quality throughout the production cycle;
4. conduct thorough reviews to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to quality standards

Work Arrangement

• Work arrangement discussion and an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions

• Work Schedule is from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Manila Time.
