About the role

Eli consolidated resources corp. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic Design & Architecture team. This is a full-time position based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively to our target audience. You will be responsible for translating concepts into polished visual assets that align with our company's strategic objectives and brand identity. Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design a diverse range of graphic materials including digital and print assets, marketing collateral, branding materials, and promotional content
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and other cross-functional teams to understand project briefs and translate requirements into compelling visual designs
• Develop and maintain consistent visual language and brand guidelines across all design projects and marketing channels
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
• Utilise industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery whilst maintaining quality standards
• Stay current with design trends, techniques and best practices within the graphic design industry
• Refine and iterate designs based on feedback and revisions from stakeholders and team members
• Prepare final files for production and ensure all assets meet technical specifications and quality requirements

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related design discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or in a similar design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities across various mediums
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, error-free work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, taking direction whilst also bringing creative innovation
• Time management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino languages would be advantageous
• Experience with web design, UI/UX design, video editing or animation would be considered a plus
