Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time role in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will create visual communications for our construction projects, marketing initiatives, and corporate branding.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to develop logos, brochures, renderings, and web graphics that reflect brand identity and project goals. A diploma or degree in Graphic Design and a strong portfolio are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, ideally in construction, real estate, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, layout, and visual communication.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts with attention to detail.

About the role

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual communications that support our construction and development projects, marketing initiatives, and corporate branding efforts. This position is integral to how we present ourselves to clients, stakeholders, and the public, making it a strategically important role within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop visual materials including logos, brochures, promotional materials, and digital assets that align with Megawide's brand identity


• Create marketing collateral for construction projects, including renderings, presentations, and promotional graphics


• Produce web graphics, social media content, and digital marketing materials that engage our target audiences


• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project objectives


• Develop layout concepts, colour schemes, typography, and imagery that communicate project features and company values effectively


• Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring quality standards and technical specifications are met


• Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials


• Incorporate client feedback and make revisions to designs in a timely manner


• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, ideally within the construction, real estate, or marketing industry


• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools


• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, layout, and visual communication


• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy


• Ability to work with and interpret design briefs, translating client requirements into compelling visual concepts


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines


• Knowledge of web design and social media graphics is highly desirable


• Familiarity with construction or real estate marketing would be advantageous


• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline is preferred
