About the role HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. is seeking a talented Graphic Artist to join our creative team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop and produce visually compelling designs that bring our brand vision to life. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms and mediums, contributing directly to the success of our marketing and branding initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting the marketing department and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications

• Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.

• Writing articles and promotional material for the company.

• Preparing interesting written copy for the website.

• Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.

• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analysis.

• Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.

• Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.

• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements; Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand; Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing relates results as needed.

• Assisting in planning and organizing marketing events.

• Managing event logistics and coordinating with vendors.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design across various mediums

• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and present ideas clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free design work

• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to explore innovative design solutions

• Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, or motion graphics is highly desirable

• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing is beneficial
