Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer for a full-time role in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will create visual communications for our construction projects, marketing initiatives, and corporate branding.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to develop logos, brochures, renderings, and web graphics that reflect brand identity and project goals. A diploma or degree in Graphic Design and a strong portfolio are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, ideally in construction, real estate, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, layout, and visual communication.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual materials including logos, brochures, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Create marketing collateral for construction projects, including renderings, presentations, and graphics.
• Produce web graphics, social media content, and digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to meet design requirements.
• Develop layouts, colour schemes, typography, and imagery to communicate project features and values.
• Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines for consistency.
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs in a timely manner.
• Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
