About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join the dynamic team at MANYQ Food Management Ltd., Inc. This is a full-time position based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand identity and engage our audiences across multiple platforms. Your creative expertise will directly contribute to the success of our food management business and help us stand out in a competitive market.

What you'll be doing

1. Creating engaging visual content including logos, branding materials, packaging designs, and marketing collateral that reflect MANYQ's brand identity

2. Designing graphics for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and email marketing campaigns

3. Developing print materials including menus, flyers, posters, and promotional items for food and beverage offerings

4. Collaborating with marketing and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives

5. Maintaining consistency of brand guidelines across all visual communications and design outputs

6. Editing and retouching photographs and images for use in various marketing materials

7. Presenting design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback effectively

8. Staying current with design trends, tools and industry best practices to ensure our visual content remains modern and impactful

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design, branding, and layout

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition

4. Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs

5. Experience in creating designs for food and beverage, marketing, or hospitality industries (preferred but not essential)

6. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

7. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

8. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

9. Basic knowledge of web design principles and an understanding of digital design specifications

10. Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
