Job summary

Growve Philippines offers a hands-on design internship in the Creative Services team, focusing on Amazon and e-commerce visuals. You’ll craft proofs, revisions, and original layouts while staying current with U.S. design trends and collaborating with fellow designers.

The role requires strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, excellent English communication, and reliable access to phone and email.MOA/endorsement letters and good moral character are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Experience creating vector graphics.
• Ability to recreate art with the pen tool.
• Excellent communication skills & fluency in English.
• Can Provide MOA, Endorsement Letter, and Good Moral Character.
• Reliability and responsiveness - frequent access to phone & email.
• Habitually learning and staying in touch with what's trendy & awesome design.

Responsibilities

• Upload proofs & revisions quickly and with as high quality as possible with few mistakes.
• Ensure proofs & revisions are exactly what the client or manager is asking for.
• Take ownership in creating original designs or assist with layouts.
• Study the consumer-packaged goods & design trends in the US for our bclients’ industries.
• Work with fellow designers to complete design tasks.
• Report to one of the managers on the creative services team.
• Maintain professionalism & the extra mile for the team.
• Complete a set number of proof & revision requests per day.

Growve Philippines has provided high caliber staffing solutions since 2014 to leading Amazon 3P sellers as a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Solution. Our team spans over 5 departments with an e- commerce emphasis to support clients selling on Amazon.com, Shopify, Walmart.com, Target+ and more.

The Creative Services (CS) team creates designs for every single request at Growve. Examples of these designs are Amazon Premium A+, listing images, social media graphics, email newsletters, product renders, product labels, and more. The CS team is one of our top selling points and is responsible for ensuring that all requests are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload proofs & revisions quickly and with as high quality as possible with few mistakes

Internship Hours:

• Work From Home — 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Onsite — 2 days per week; 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
