Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design or similar role.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, animation, and basic motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling, and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing materials for campaigns, promotions, events, and services.

About the role

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports the hospital's marketing, branding, patient engagement, corporate communications, and internal initiatives. The role develops creative materials across digital and print platforms while ensuring that all content aligns with the hospital's brand identity, professional standards, and healthcare communication requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative materials for hospital marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and service offerings.
• Create graphics, social media content, digital advertisements, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
• Produce and edit photo and video content for social media, website, internal communications, and hospital campaigns.
• Create visual content for patient education, health awareness campaigns, and medical service promotions in coordination with relevant clinical and marketing teams.
• Support the development of content for physicians, hospital services, facilities, programs, and community initiatives.
• Conceptualize creative campaigns that strengthen hospital brand awareness, patient engagement, and community presence.
• Assist in the production of multimedia materials for hospital events, launches, medical missions, health talks, and corporate activities.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing, HR, Corporate Communications, and clinical/administrative departments to understand communication requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts.
• Ensure consistency of hospital branding across all communication materials and platforms.
• Manage and organize digital creative assets, including photographs, videos, templates, and other marketing materials.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficient in design and multimedia tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent applications.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, animation, and basic motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage.
