Job summary

World Vision is seeking an experienced Grants Analyst to ensure trustworthy grants data across iMPAQ, Horizon, PBAS and the Finance Data Warehouse. You will design automated reporting using Power BI and AI-assisted techniques to support regional and field offices.

You will analyze burn rate, cost recovery, grant health and audit follow-up, helping leadership act on risk signals early while collaborating with global centers and field offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in an international NGO, multilateral organization, or international audit / accounting environment.
• At least 2 years of working experience in grants accounting, reporting, or analysis.
• Experience preparing and analyzing accounting and financial reports for internal and external audiences, including non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in a virtual, multi-country team, across time zones and cultures, and with colleagues at various levels and functions.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted tools for financial analysis, reporting, or process automation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze grants financial reports and analysis for partnership stakeholders, including burn rate and grant expenditure analysis.
• Highlight trends, outliers and emerging risks with clear recommendations.
• Monitor and track implementation of grant audit findings and recommendations.
• Provide data support, validation and guidance to finance and other grant stakeholders.
• Work with FPRA-FO on field financial planning and reporting requirements to stay aligned.
