Ideal candidates hold a degree in Accountancy, Management, Business, or related fields, with bonus consideration for CPA licensure and banking experience. Strong research, analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• CPA license is an advantage; Banking experience is also an advantage.
• Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Comfortable with complex problem-solving and data management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Clear, concise, and structured communication skills.
• Proficient in writing reports within a business setting.
• Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation.
• Strong team collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive secondary and primary research to identify insights.
