Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical systems in residential properties.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure efficiency and reliability of building facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors and property management to ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Provide technical support for facility-related concerns.
