Rockwell Land Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an Assistant Mechanical Design Manager to guide the design phase of MEP systems for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring premium finishes and operational efficiency.

The role leads BIM coordination, ensures code compliance, and collaborates with elite architecture, structural, and interior teams to integrate high-performance HVAC layouts while preserving ceiling heights and acoustics for residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of mechanical design experience in high-rise or luxury developments.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, load calculation tools (HAP, TRACE), fluid dynamics simulations, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire codes (NFPA), and international green benchmarks (LEED, BERDE).

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete MEP design deliverables to ensure compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines and internal luxury standards.
• Collaborate with elite architectural, structural, and interior design teams to integrate HVAC and mechanical layouts without compromising aesthetics or ceilings.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution to minimize site rework.
• Drive energy-efficient and eco-friendly system optimizations and smart building solutions.
• Prepare refined technical reviews and progress updates for PMG, consultants, and senior leadership.
• Conduct targeted site inspections to verify installation matches design intent and local mandates.
