Job summary

Qualifications

• The Risk & Compliance Officer role focuses on governance, risk management and compliance assurance.
• Experience in audits, controls testing or incident investigations is preferred.
• Ability to partner with Operations, IT and HR to implement effective risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits and monitoring across programs.
• Track findings, observations and corrective actions within SLAs.
• Identify, assess and document operational, information security and business risks.
• Facilitate risk workshops and FMEA sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Support investigations into fraud, security incidents and policy breaches.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards on compliance and risk metrics.
• Support governance meetings and document actions taken.
