Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Controls & Compliance to join the Information Technology and Global Security team in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on conducting recurring compliance audits, leading investigations, and supporting fraud prevention and incident response to protect client and company assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring compliance audits to identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead investigations and resolution of client escalations and compliance-related concerns.
• Support fraud prevention, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Prepare and present audit, compliance, and risk reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
