LoansOne is hiring a Google Performance Lead to build and lead its in-house Google advertising function. The role owns strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition through Google Ads, coordinating creative, analytics and technical support.

Primary target is 3x+ ROAS measured against funded revenue attributable to Google advertising. Join a fast-growing team in Eastwood, Quezon City, with an office-based, full-time schedule and generous performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing at least $250,000/month Google Ads spend.
• Strong lead generation advertising background.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, lead quality, Smart Bidding, GA4 and GTM.
