Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is hiring a Google Performance Lead to build and lead the in-house Google advertising function. You will own strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition through Google Ads, leading the Google Media Buyer and coordinating creative, analytics and technical support.

The role targets a 3x+ ROAS and requires leadership, analytics, and deep Google Ads expertise. The position is office-based at Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing at least $250,000/month Google Ads spend.
• Strong lead generation advertising background.
• Good understanding of ROAS, lead quality, Smart Bidding, GA4 and GTM.
• Leadership experience and strong analytical skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

LoansOne is hiring a Google Performance Lead to build and lead its in-house Google advertising function. The role owns strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition through Google Ads, leading the Google Media Buyer and coordinating creative, analytics and technical support. Primary target is 3x+ ROAS measured against funded revenue attributable to Google advertising.
