Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data interpretation and reporting.
• Google Ads Certification is an advantage, but not required.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Organized and process-driven.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
• Review campaign settings, budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad assets for accuracy before launch.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and identify unusual spending patterns or anomalies.
• Analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and engagement trends.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure campaigns comply with company standards and client objectives.
• Follow QA and verification procedures before implementing campaign changes.
• Escalate concerns or risks to supervisors as needed.
