Job summary

Camaya Coast in the Philippines is looking for a Golf Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily golf course and ensure a top-quality guest experience for members and visitors.

You will lead and train the golf staff, coordinate scheduling, assist with tournaments and events, monitor course conditions with maintenance, and deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to maintain high standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in golf course operations or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Responsibilities and duties include event coordination and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the golf course to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.
• Manage and coordinate golf staff, including scheduling and training team members.
• Assist with the organization and execution of tournaments and events.
• Monitor course conditions and collaborate with maintenance staff for upkeep.
