• Lead ABM, Gold Valuer, GLO, and CSE for daily performance.
• Coach, train, and review frontline staff to ensure productivity.
• Maintain branch audit scores with zero tolerance for deviations.
• Ensure accurate gold valuation, documentation, and LTV compliance.
• Drive customer acquisition, disbursement, and portfolio growth.
• Monitor delinquencies and drive collections in 0–30 DPD.
• Uphold RBI norms and internal risk processes in operations.
