Job summary

ABCL NBFC in India seeks a Compliance & Audit Professional to assist the Vertical Head in gold loan audits across branches, product and channels. You will help develop the audit plan, perform on-site and off-site audits, and ensure risk controls cover credit, regulatory, financial and operational areas.

You will work with advanced technology, data analytics, and continuous monitoring to strengthen processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in gold loan lifecycle controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold loan audits and risk assessment.
• Ability to assist in developing audit plans and testing controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory and internal audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Write the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge to the jobholder in the context of the Business/Unit/Function/Department/Section
• Assist Vertical Head Gold loan audits in development and execution of the Audit Plan (onsite and offsite) for Gold Loans.
• Drive execution of audits covering the end-to-end lifecycle of gold loans and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous control monitoring and offsite audit processes across branches, products and channels.
