Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CRM records, pipelines and follow-up processes.
• Ability to learn and apply a company-specific quoting formula.
• Strong attention to detail with customer and job information.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Clear communication and proactive follow-up for missing details.

Responsibilities

• Quoting Support for Fencing & Retaining Walls using the company pricing formula.
• Enter quote details into GoHighLevel and track quotes.
• Follow up with customers as directed and escalate pricing issues as needed.
• Support planning and creation of social media content and posts.
