We are seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to own, build, and optimize our GoHighLevel environment, ensuring every lead, client, and referral moves seamlessly through the customer journey.

This hands-on role focuses on CRM management, workflow automation, pipeline development, integrations, reporting, and process improvement, collaborating with Australian leadership

Qualifications

Responsibilities

In Financial Services is building a highly automated, client-focused mortgage business powered by smart systems, streamlined workflows, and exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to own, build, and optimize our GoHighLevel environment, ensuring every lead, client, and referral moves seamlessly through the customer journey. This role will work closely with Australian leadership and our established offshore team in the Philippines to deliver scalable CRM solutions, automation, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled GHL expert who enjoys building efficient systems, solving workflow challenges, and continuously improving customer and team experiences through automation.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on CRM management, workflow automation, pipeline development, integrations, reporting, and process improvement.

What Success Looks Like

A lead enters the business through an online form, referral partner, social media campaign, or direct enquiry. From there:

Contact information is accurately captured within GoHighLevel
Leads are automatically assigned and routed to the correct team member
SMS and email nurture campaigns are triggered based on enquiry type
Opportunities are created and moved through predefined mortgage pipelines
Tasks and reminders are generated automatically for brokers and processing staff
Client documents and information requests are sent automatically
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups occur without manual intervention
Reporting dashboards provide real-time visibility into pipeline performance
Retention and annual review workflows trigger automatically post-settlement

From the client's perspective, the experience feels smooth, responsive, and professional.

From the team's perspective, processes are automated, organized, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel Platform Management

Manage and optimize the company's GoHighLevel CRM environment
Design and maintain sales pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, and contact segmentation
Build and manage calendars, forms, surveys, websites, landing pages, and funnels
Create snapshots and templates for scalable deployment

Workflow & Automation Development

Design and implement advanced workflows using triggers, actions, conditions, and campaigns
Build automated SMS, email , voi cemail , and follow-up sequences
Create lead nurturing journeys across various client stages
Automate task creation, notifications, appointment reminders, and client communications
Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize workflows

Integrations & Systems

Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using:

AI & Process Innovation

Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance workflows

Implement AI-assisted processes for:

Minimum 2 years' experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Strong experience building:

Preferred

HighLevel Certified Administrator certification
Experience within mortgage broking, financial services, real estate, or lending industries
Experience working with Broker Engine or similar mortgage CRM systems
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with Facebook Lead Ads integration
Knowledge of SMS compliance and A2P registration
Experience implementing AI-powered workflow solutions
