Job summary

GoTyme, based in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to drive the go-to-market strategy for lending products. The role requires handling customer insights, acquisition, adoption, and ongoing product usage with cross-functional influence across teams.

You will own end-to-end go-to-market initiatives, develop messaging, and optimize customer journeys. Candidates should have fintech or digital banking experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management or related field.
• 3+ years in product marketing, growth, or brand marketing.
• Fintech/digital banking or fast-paced industry experience preferred.
• Go-to-market launches & cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong marketing strategy, planning and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes go-to-market programs for lending products that clearly communicate customer value propositions and drive acquisition, activation, adoption, and repeat usage.
• Collaborates with Propositions, Data and Analytics, Brand, Sales, Performance Marketing, Risk, Operations, Customer Service and other stakeholders for launches.
• Plans and manages lending product marketing initiatives through briefs, channel strategies, budget management and performance monitoring.
• Develops channel-specific messaging and enablement strategies across sales, service, and marketing channels.
• Conducts market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify needs and opportunities.
• Leads customer-centric messaging frameworks and value propositions aligned with business goals.
• Identifies opportunities to improve journeys, funnels, and product adoption via data and testing.
• Serves as the primary product marketing lead for assigned lending propositions, driving cross-functional alignment.
