Job summary

GoTyme is seeking a Head of Product Marketing (Lending) to lead go-to-market strategy and implement repeatable, scalable systems across the lending portfolio. You will own activation, conversion, and ROI metrics, and build a team capable of end-to-end GTM motions.

You will translate customer needs into segment-specific plans, connecting insights to commercial opportunities and driving measurable results in a fast-evolving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/ Management, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years leading go-to-market execution with repeatable GTM systems and KPI delivery.
• Experience in consumer retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty, fintech or product-led spaces is valued; lending experience is not a must.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-funnel GTM execution: positioning, sequencing, channel mix, and measurement.
• Builds portfolio strategy around customer needs and operationalizes it into segment-specific GTM plans.
• Leads a team of marketers who can own GTM motions end-to-end.
• Sets GTM KPIs (activation, conversion, ROI) and iterates programs based on performance.
