Job summary

Orange and Bronze Software Labs Ltd, Co. seeks a Mid to Senior Python/Go Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Go, while collaborating with Flutter mobile and React web teams.

You will implement microservices, REST APIs, and database interactions (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), participate in code reviews, and stay current with industry best practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven professional experience with Go for building high-performance backend systems.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, including microservices, REST APIs, and database interactions.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable backend services primarily using Go.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (Flutter mobile and React web) to define and implement necessary APIs and integration points.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and share knowledge across the team.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the platform.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices.
