Qualifications

• 2–5 years of back-end experience in building server-side applications.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby or PHP.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; strong DB skills.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns and clean code.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable server-side applications and microservices.
• Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for front-end/mobile clients.
• Design relational/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
• Implement security best practices and unit/integration tests.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and data teams; participate in code reviews.
• Maintain API docs and monitor production systems for reliability.
