Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Workforce Planning Manager GEC in Manila to drive workforce agility and establish proactive 12-week forecasts. You will lead a team of Resource Planners and collaborate with Service Directors to optimize staffing across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resourcing, forecasting or related analytical roles within the AEC or related professional Services Industry in the GEC.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate regional Service forecasts, utilization trends and project demand into actionable workforce planning insight.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting, including forecast versus actual billable hours, productivity metrics and demand variance analysis.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with regional leaders and Talent Acquisition partners.
• Analytical and data-driven, with ability to interpret workforce data and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-week forecast and highlight supply and demand variance.
• Establish data-driven resource forecasts for proactive decision making.
• Provide recruitment recommendations to Service Directors and TA partners.
• Maximize agility of talent across accounts and sectors using named resource requests.
• Monitor weekly billable time vs planned and drive productivity improvements.
• Escalate risks to leadership and provide contingency staffing plans.
• Maintain accurate workforce planning data including capacity reporting.
• Lead and develop direct reports and the wider Resource Planning community.
• Act as primary contact for the regional Service Director and influence project setups.
