JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking a Payroll Cash Management Analyst to support US payroll transactions, review and validate payroll reports, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.

You will collaborate with teams in the US and India, perform SOX-aligned controls, maintain audit evidence, and contribute to automation initiatives (Alteryx, Pega) to improve controls and efficiency while safeguarding data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Demonstrate 1+ year of experience in payroll operations, cash/treasury operations, finance operations, or HR shared services.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate payroll transactions and payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform SOX-aligned payroll control activities, including reconciling payroll reports to GL postings and investigating variances.
• Reconcile payroll-related cash transactions to bank statements and support timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Maintain documentation and evidence to support audit readiness and payroll control compliance.
• Prepare and deliver payroll cash management reporting, metrics, and reconciliations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with US and India teams to resolve payroll, GL, and cash breaks and share best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives (e.g., Alteryx, Pega) to enhance controls and efficiency.
• Uphold data confidentiality and integrity when handling payroll, banking, and employee‑related data.
