You will validate and reconcile cash and payroll data, aligning with SOX controls and collaborating with teams in the US and India. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and process improvement, including exposure to automation tools such as Alteryx or Pega, and familiarity with payroll systems like Oracle HCM.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in payroll operations, cash/treasury, or finance operations with reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience (or strong aptitude) in reconciliations and researching variances.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll/financial systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Payroll).
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across global teams.

• Perform SOX-aligned payroll control activities and reconcile to GL.
• Reconcile payroll-related cash transactions to bank statements.
