JPMorgan Chase & Co. Manila PayOps is seeking a Payroll Cash Management Analyst to support US payroll validation and reporting. You will work with US and India teams, leveraging payroll systems and Excel to ensure accuracy and timeliness while upholding SOX controls and data confidentiality.

The role offers exposure to payroll, cash management, and automation initiatives (Alteryx, Pega) to enhance controls and efficiency in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of payroll/cash/finance ops experience with reconciliations.
• Experience or aptitude in reconciliations and resolving items.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy for audits and reports.
• Experience with control execution and audit evidence.
• Familiarity with payroll/finance systems; strong Excel for analysis.
• Clear communicator; able to work with global teams (US/India).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate US payroll transactions and reports.
• Perform SOX-aligned payroll control activities and reconcile to GL.
• Reconcile payroll cash transactions to bank statements.
• Maintain documentation to support audits and controls.
• Prepare payroll cash management reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with US and India teams to resolve issues.
