Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking US GAAP Accounting Analysts to support controllership and financial reporting across multiple countries. This role offers exposure to a global, fast-paced shared services environment and a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

As a contributor, you will perform month-end close tasks, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and collaborate with international stakeholders while maintaining robust financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related accounting field.
• 3–5 years experience in accounting, GL, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Strong US GAAP expertise.
• Experience using SAP.
• Month-end close experience.
• Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• IFRS exposure is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end General Ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Perform month-end close activities (3-day close cycle).
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct country-level financial reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial information.
• Use SAP as the primary ERP; utilize other tools for reporting and documentation.
• Support internal controls and finance process improvements.
