Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking US GAAP Accounting Analysts to support controllership and financial reporting across multiple countries in a fast-paced shared services environment.

You will ensure the accuracy of financial information, perform month-end close tasks, and maintain compliance with US GAAP, acting as an individual contributor with high exposure to international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
• 3–5 years in accounting, GL, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience using SAP.
• Month-end close experience.
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation background.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end General Ledger activities.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and internal policies.
• Perform month-end close activities with 3-day cycle.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct country-level financial reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial information.
• Use SAP as primary ERP; utilize other tools for reporting and documentation.
• Support internal controls and finance process improvements.
