Job summary

Partners Group, a global organization, seeks a detail-focused UK Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll processing from the Philippines. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating UK and APAC payroll activities, validating inputs, performing reconciliations, and supporting HR operations tasks with confidentiality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end UK payroll processing and payroll data integrity.
• Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and service-management platforms (ServiceNow).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly UK payroll process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate payroll activities across UK and APAC regions with external providers.
• Validate and maintain payroll inputs (starters/leavers, changes, deductions) across HR systems.
