Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; global bank experience is a plus.
• 7+ years in treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy focusing on daily treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Treasury professionals and ensure onboarding and development.
• Centralize bank system usage and act as global bank administrator for local portals.
• Own local cash disposition and ensure liquidity for daily operations.
• Execute Treasury transfers to avoid overdrafts and minimize interest costs.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury to fund cash pools and align funding strategies.
• Prepare monthly cash position reporting for all entities in scope of the GBS Team.
• Support Treasury accounting activities for North America and Germany.
• Interface with regional bank partners and external auditors.
