Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CFA/CTP preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years in corporate treasury or financial risk management with 3–5+ years in leadership, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven experience implementing hedging programs for FX and interest rate risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning and forecast cash flows for budgeting.
• Automate cash management procedures using treasury technology solutions.
• Identify FX exposures and develop hedging programs to mitigate risks.
• Manage interest rate exposure and execute hedging strategies.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage banking relationships for optimal service and pricing.
• Provide financial analysis on capital structure and funding options.
• Manage fund sourcing and deployment for efficient capital utilization.
